This means our programming. We want you to continue your gainz. The only way to do so is to keep you happy, healthy, and hungry.

Starting with our No Sweat Intro, our systems are developed to set you up for success from day one.

From there you will receive a game plan containing our prescription of personal training and/or group sessions.

Frequent check-ins and educational opportunities will allow for course adjustments and continuous growth!

Commitment:

Each person will join Packerland CrossFit with a different goal (e.g., weight loss, mobility, strength, endurance, social, or CrossFit/Sports Performance); however, one thing will remain a constant. Commitment.

The first step is to commit to yourself. Commit to take the first step of bettering (or saving) your own life by signing up for your No Sweat Intro.

The next step is to commit your resources and trust in our coaches and methods. Keep showing up, that’s the deal.

The final piece is our commitment to you. We take this commitment extremely serious as we value the amount of resources that you are putting into this relationship.

We will commit to bring you the best methods in fitness (which we will continuously evolve with best practices while keeping the core tenants of CrossFit ingrained in our approach) a top notch and clean facility, all supported by a community that will be led by virtue, honesty, and positivity.
