Meet one on one with Head Coach Derek where you can get your questions answered and brain storm the path to the best version of yourself!
After our No Sweat Intro we will discuss your Fundamentals path.
Each 45-min Fundamental Session will focus on teaching the proper form and technique of the core CrossFit movements
The number of Fundamental sessions will be prescribed based on your current fitness level
These sessions can be done 1 on 1 or in a small group with friends
Each 45-min session is one-on-one, or with a friend, with the coach of your choice fulfilling an individualized fitness plan.
Common personal training goals include: weight loss, pain reduction, injury rehab, sport specific strength and conditioning, competitive CrossFit, and competitive Weightlifting.
