  • After our No Sweat Intro we will discuss your Fundamentals path.

  • Each 45-min Fundamental Session will focus on teaching the proper form and technique of the core CrossFit movements

  • The number of Fundamental sessions will be prescribed based on your current fitness level

  • These sessions can be done 1 on 1 or in a small group with friends


Personal Training

Each 45-min session is one-on-one, or with a friend, with the coach of your choice fulfilling an individualized fitness plan.

Common personal training goals include: weight loss, pain reduction, injury rehab, sport specific strength and conditioning, competitive CrossFit, and competitive Weightlifting.
